I have been very busy with my work and life. This post was lying as a draft for last many days. I decided today to put some time and publish it.
On Linux Front.
I downloaded Kubuntu but cud not test it. ISO is lying on my machine. I need to burn it and test it. Infact I cud not look on to LinuxEra.com. I have almost lost the pace with which I started the LinuxEra.com. I really dont know what is happening there. Dates for FOSS are out and I wont b able to go . Although Shubhu is attending for me. But I wanted to be there.
Vehicle
I travle a lot. Daily. OK. The distance is just 24+x KMs. I cover this distance on my bike mostly. But I tested andother vehilce. All my tests till now were done using my own Hero Honda Splendour Plus. I tested another Honda Engine this time. It is Honda Activa. This is a gearless scooter by Honda. I think its bit heavy. And the chesis is not that strong. But one thing. Scooter gains momentum in seconds. This is good and bad too. Good U feel it. Bad U need to apply breaks every now and then.

I have been sampling time and speed required to travel from my home to my workplace. For your information there is a theorum known as Sampling Theorum.
The WikiPedia definition of theorum is

When sampling a signal (e.g., converting from an analog signal to digital), the sampling frequency must be greater than twice the bandwidth of the input signal in order to be able to reconstruct the original perfectly from the sampled version.

Now I have these interestings results to share.
If I drive like John Abraham it takes 6 minutes to cover 7 Kms. On this 7KM track are three traffic signals. I have to stop on two signals as the probability of not stopping at third one is more than 98%. Avearage time spent on one signal is 45 Seconds. I encounter these signals in initial 2 KMs of my track and they consume my 2-3 minutes depending on the traffic and light signals. Bottom Line I drive at 60+KMPH within city limits at the rush hour time of city. Recently an Indica car overtook me near S3ctor 32-33 roundabout, my speed is dead slow at this roundabout, and the guys sitting inside said, “bhaaji thoda slow chala lao”. I thanked them for this compliment.
If I drive on 60+ my Splendour Plus gives me mileage of 68 KMPL and if drive within economic zone I get mileage around 75+. This fact was evident to me after 3 months of driving. So normally am driving on 60+. My bike consumes around 450Rs of fuel and average it travels 700+ KMs a month.
These stats tell me
a) I drive rashly
b) my bike is good
c) I dont take off Helmet while I am driving. Neither do John Abraham.
Please not that I am not a John Abraham fan and have never wathced any of his movie.
