I just found a PDF that is really useful for any body who is moving to Chandigarh or even living in Chandigarh. The document lists buses and their routes with timing etc. CTU – Chandigarh Transport Undertaking bus routes

I have used CTU services for more than 3 years and though it is not a world class service but its still much better than Noida. New buses are also good.
