The one who knows national language need not learn english or any other language and could be Mulayam singh. But one who is a man from other than the Hindi speaking states, should learn Hindi and improve his knowledge and getting a job has to learn English which is neither comprehensible to Mulayam nor is possible for him to speak.May the great intellectual leader like him spoil the coming generation of Indians.God save the poor people.
