The triggers still exist somewhere. If you do this and try to create a new trigger with an old name you'll get an error stating that the trigger already exists, despite show triggers returning no results.

This, I know, is an attempt to get a link back but I will approve it. You raised a point saying that people liked MJ and they will eventually like JB which, to some extent, is a valid point. You have your link back.

If you have never been to or watched one of Justin Bieber's concerts online, you are certainly missing out on one of the biggest spectacles to hit the music industry in many years. There is really nothing like watching a huge stadium or arena packed to the hilt with screaming teenage girls who know each and every single word of his songs by heart and crying tears of joy like we all saw the youngsters do with Michael Jackson a few decades ago. He is really starting to make his mark with all of this attention that he has gained over the past few years, but these days it seems that he is not just sitting back and enjoying his success. He wants to be the biggest act around.

dont worry about it , there wouldnt be any need to remove reservation, it would automatically gets removed, in fact , i was looking at some cut of marks, i believe it was nagpur university, the SC cut off marks were higher than generals, in this case, it was general category who were at advantage in fact they were the reserved category, because it was easier to get admission if were open category, after 10 years , this will be the case in many places, SCs are 16.5% of population but reservation is 15%, which means , if they are equal in terms of economical status and other things, SCs will be at a disadvantage , because more percentage of people will compete for less proportion of seats , ie more competition than generals, so dont worry about it

Shanti, do you think that Govt of India will be able to remove reservation after 10 years? In a country where people do not understand the value of vote this is next to impossible. So IMO, there should not be something like this at first place.

i like the point that reservation should be based on economical factor, my logic is that most SC/ST are ecoomical poor, if that holds, SC/STs would automatically get the reservation. I believe there are lot of non SC/STs who are economically deprived, they would also get an opportunity.

i think its just the game of numbers, believe it or not , its was the reservation that has helped SC/STs to attain good positions, i had seems statistics , some census , which records STs at the bottoms, with very very low income, SCs though have improved much, but still much below OBCs and General. OBC and General are more or less at par, I think give SCs another decade, they would rise at least 60% of the general category in terms of economically parity, then definitely reservation can take off or may be only for STs who are still economically very very poor, you seem to have open mind, you seem to make sense also, perhaps, there is no hatred against anyone, favoritism is kind of human nature , irrespective of the caste. You should interact with labors/other poor community , i have sometimes surprised by some of the intelligent guys , thought came to my mind , if they would have been education, they would have been capable officers

Shanti, I am against caste/creed based reservation. It has done more harm to the system and Indian mentality than any benefit. In the post I mentioned Hari. Hari was the only *poor* guy from reserved category. Unfortunately he dropped out of the school. I am not bluffing but he used to be a back bencher with me. All the other guys from reserved category had better education and believe when I say they were financially much better than me at that time. My dad had borrowed 300 Rs for my school fee. Not all of reserved category guys were poor at studies, some were genuinely good and they just had an extra edge, reservation. General category students fight hard for marks but a guy with half of your score takes the opportunity easily, that hurts.
I can give a rational though to reservation based on economical or geographical factor. Its obvious that some one coming from a rural or a tribal belt doesn't have access to better education and he/she deserves reservation in education as well as some other services. But not beyond that. If you are capable enough you just need a small push. On not being promoted because no one wants a SC/ST boss, you surely are talking of edge cases which our media wants to highlight. But media won't highlight that my dad was transferred to a lower post by his SC/ST boss. The "nepotism/favouritism" is not an exclusive domain of Brahmans.
I am not spreading hatred against any one. If you fail to understand my point against reservation then you have a prejudice against higher caste and already have hatred for them.
